Americans are afraid to attack Black hat (cyber terrorism)

The bankers and officials in the United States have been warned by the Ministry of Finance of the Superpower countries that are likely to be major online attacks from terrorists to destroy the computer network. 

Although it is based on estimates and analysis refers to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, but authorities have assured that the strike was likely to actually happen. 

In the event, as quoted from the Independent (01/09), then the loss will be suffered by businessmen, bankers and government officials as well as companies will be very large. 

Even thought, the attacker is not only seeks to use the 'easy way' as hackers take money online, but more diving to the bottom of the tissue and damage. 

After successfully infiltrate and give fatal damage, it is predicted that the entire network is interrupted and cause economic damage to the United States.

Hacker Indonesia VS Israel Memanas Perang Cyber

Perang Cyber Indonesia VS Israel Memanas baru-baru ini terjadi antara Israel dan Indonesia, belum diketahui secara lengkap apa motif dan penyebab terjadinya perang cyber ini terjadi. Menurut kabarnya, Israel telah menyerang situs-situs Indonesia yang berdomain sch.id , ac.id , id dan lainya.

Sebelumnya pernah terjadi saling serang menyerang antara Indonesia dan Australia yang mengakibatkan situs-situs yang berada di kedua Negara tersebut sempat down total.

Aksi Balasan pun terjadi, situs Israel yang berdomain .il ada yang down. Akan tetapi Perang cyber ini masih terus diselidiki oleh anonymous dan Ikatan Indonesia Cyber Army apakan penyerangan ini terjadi karena provokasi oleh beberapa hacker Indonesia yang menyerang situs-situs Indonesia sendiri.

Hingga saat ini tersiar kabarkan melalui berbagai media sosial pada tanggal 7 April 2014 tersebut akan dilakukan serangan secara besar-besaran oleh seluruhCyber, Hacker, Anonymous dan lain-lain. Yang tergabung dalam komunitas-komunitas atau kelompok besar dari seluruh dunia dengan target sasaran adalah Israel atau website-website milik pemerintah Israel.

Aksi tersebut dilacarkan sebagai balasan dari aksi sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh para Cyber atau Hacker dari Israel. Yang telah menyerang atau merusak website-website milik pemerintah termasuk website-website milik pemerintah Indonesia yang berdomain (go.id) dan website yang berdomain (ac.id). Serangan tersebut memicu terjadinya Cyber War dan kemarahan para Cyber, Hacker dan Anonymous Indonesia. Pada tanggal tersebut kemungkinan besar internet di Indonesia akan mengalami ganguan.

UK Council for Graduate Education Rehacked, Internal Message from JANET Posted in Deface

esterday i did an article on a leak of data and a defacement on UK Council for Graduate Education (UKCGE) which was carried out by a hacker using the handle smitt3nz

It now Appears that after about 3 days since the original data leak and defacement the hacker has returned to re-deface the site with a new message which has a snippet from a message from JANET about deleting all user credentials in their CRM as well as urging all the UKCGE staff to make sure they did not reuse the same password on other systems.

The hacker has also offered to send them the patch if they ever get unbanned on twitter (@smitt3nz) and they have also stated that it might be possible for some one to change the hard coded payment addresses (paypal) to another in the source code but no financial or credit details was accessed in the breach.

    It is important to point out that all financial transactions made through the website are processed via PAYPAL. Therefore no credit card (or similar) details have been comprimised.

    Whilst this is true, what good is it if someone modifies the payment address in da s0urce?

JAKARTA - Pakar Teknologi Komunikasi Sarwoto Atmosutarno, menegaskan liberalisasi telekomunikasi yang diberlakukan sejak 1995 telah menyebabkan TIK Indonesia terlalu terbuka, baik secara pengelolaan maupun pemilihan teknologi. Salah satu dampak paling buruk dari liberalisasi ini adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh jajaran pejabat pemerintahan yang seyogyanya sarat pengamanan terabaikan dan mendapatkan perlakuan layaknya komunikasi publik. Sementara, disain komunikasi publik adalah jaringan terbuka yang rawan penyadapan. “Cyber War itu nyata dan tidak perlu deklarasi perang. Geopolitik dan geostrategi mendesak kita untuk segera membangun cyber defense berbasis teknologi terestrial maupun ruang angkasa/satelit berbasis digital,” ujar Sarwoto Atmosutarno kepada Okezone, Kamis (21/11/2013). Sejak liberalisasi, terang Sarwoto, jaringan telekomunikasi militer dan keamanan Indonesia tertinggal dibanding jaringan telekomunikasi publik. Ketertinggalan ini kemudian diperparah dengan belum adanya kesadaran akan pentingnya keberadaan cyber war dan cyber defense di kalangan pembangun dan pengelola jaringan tersebut yang seharusnya segera direalisasikan dan tidak hanya menjadi wacana. Karena itu, sudah selayaknya jaringan komunikasi publik yang dimiliki pejabat mendapat perhatian khusus, sehingga tidak lemah dan mudah di jangkau oleh pihak asing, tegas mantan Ketua Asosiasi Telekomunikasi Selular Indonesia (ATSI).
